Questions we hear a lot
How long does a phone repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs on popular iPhone and Samsung models are done the same day, often while you shop next door at Rouses. If we need to order a part, we'll tell you up front and let you know when it's ready.
How much will my repair cost?
Our rates are posted up front: diagnostics are $45 and labor is $100/hour, and most in-store repairs take about an hour. Most repairs get a quote you approve before we start. Open-ended work like data recovery is billed hourly or at a flat fee, and we tell you which before we begin. Phone and tablet parts prices change often, so call with your model for today's price.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Phone and tablet screens we supply come with our Lifetime Screen Defect Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects in the screen only. It doesn't cover drops, new cracks or water damage. All our repair work is also covered by our workmanship warranty. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered.
What areas do you serve?
Walk-in repairs at our Gulf Shores shop, plus on-site business IT and camera installs across South Baldwin County: Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, Fort Morgan and Perdido Key.
Do you install security cameras?
Yes. We're a licensed Alabama installer (AESBL License #002471). We install cameras and video doorbells for homes, vacation rentals, condos and businesses, and most homes are done in one visit. See camera options.
